Gift Cards now available!

If you are searching for the perfect gift then the ideal solution is the one you can choose yourself. Personalised Canberra Centre  Gift Cards are available from Customer Service and they can be purchased in any denomination between $20 and $500.  They may be redeemed at most retail stores at Canberra Centre including David Jones and are valid for 12 months from date of issue. EFTPOS and Credit Card facilities are available.

Customer Service Desk

Personal Styling Service

Catering for all budgets and tastes, Canberra Centre’s personal stylists know fashion.

Canberra Centre's Personal Styling Service is ideal for men and women who are after a full wardrobe update, need to top up what they already have, need advice planning out and buying the new season's fashion, advice for dressing for a special event or a business function.

Canberra Centre stylists can assist you with helping put together outfits or provide advice on choosing great pieces to mix-and-match. If you already have accessories that you wish to use, our stylists will help you find a show stopping outfit to go with what you already have.

If you are after just one special outfit for a wedding (for example), then Canberra Centre Stylists can assist you with putting together a total outfit that is appropriate for you and the occasion.

After a telephone consultation, Canberra Centre Stylists will arrange a time to meet with you in-centre and then spend two hours with you for your Personal Styling Session. During your session Canberra Centre Stylists can also advise you what colours and styles best suit your body shape and lifestyle. If you require a session longer than the standard two hours, please consult the stylist at time of booking.

This service is provided by Canberra Centre to all VIP members at a rate of $150 for 2 hours. To become a VIP member visit www.canberracentre.com.au.

Parents Rooms

Our three well-equipped Parents' Rooms provides a clean, comfortable and convenient space for parents and friends shopping at the Centre with children. Including a microwave, padded change tables, a television and video machine, the whole family is most welcome. There’s also a separate room for parents who prefer more privacy while feeding. Nursing Mothers' Association has given our Parents Rooms a 5 star rating.

Free Wheelchair, Motorised Scooter and Stroller Hire

To ensure you have a relaxed and comfortable shopping experience, Canberra Centre can provide you with complimentary wheelchair, motorised scooter and stroller hire.

To book any of this free equipment, phone the Customer Service Desk on (02) 6276 4222. For your convenience, bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance.

When arriving at the Centre, simply visit the Customer Service Desk where you will need to complete a quick form and provide proof of identity.
