Canberra’s new home of modern living is coming

Published on 05 October 2017

The cultural fabric of Canberra is changing, and a host of lifestyle brands are arriving in the ACT for the first time to be part of it.

At Canberra Centre, we’re excited to unveil our new lifestyle precinct, the next stage of the Monaro Mall development and an unrivalled destination for cultureholics in Canberra.

Homeware trendsetters top3 by design lead the new arrivals, bringing Canberra a stunning range of design products and gifts that encourage expressiveness and individuality everywhere from the backyard to the bedroom. Likewise, premium cookware and kitchen brand Le Creuset will open its doors in the nation’s capital, as will The Pen Boutique – a top-quality retailer that proves the pen really is mightier than the sword.

The new lifestyle offering will also see the likes of Haigh’s Chocolates, Husk and spice boutique Gewürzhaus open their first ACT locations following the successful launch of Monaro Mall’s beauty and wellness precinct in July this year.

Joining these headline openings are a number of brands that have become local favourites already, such as Nespresso, jewellers Arnold & Co, eclectic stationery specialists Pepe’s Paperie, Bed Bath N’ Table and The Tea Centre.

Canberra will attract visitors from around the country and the globe in anticipation of the launch, with appearances set to be announced from some of the biggest personalities in lifestyle and modern living. Also soon to be revealed are jaw-dropping design installations to celebrate the new era of culture in Canberra.

There’s plenty more to come at Canberra Centre, with global fashion icon H&M set to launch later this year.
