Yoga in the Beauty Precinct

How you start your day can play a big part in how the rest of it unfolds.

Yoga is the perfect morning workout for the mind, body and soul. It can help increase energy levels, improve your mental clarity, circulation and posture, and tone your muscles.

The best way to get started is in a group class where an experienced instructor can help you learn the basics, or hone your existing knowledge.

Every Thursday from 7.15am–8am, in Monaro Mall with Hayley Arcidiacono. The classes will focus on Vinyasa flow yoga and is suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Yoga mats will be provided for all attendees – just bring your own towel, water bottle and zen spirit!

As the class is outside regular Centre trading hours, the entry point into Canberra Centre will be off Petrie Plaza.

Sessions are complimentary and no bookings are required.
